Vendor terms

Last updated 2 November 2026

How vendors register, get verified, list services, and are paid on Growthsage.

Who these terms are for

These terms apply to businesses and individuals who sell digital marketing services on the Growthsage marketplace (“vendors”). Vendors are independent businesses. Nothing here makes a vendor an employee, partner or agent of GROWTHSAGE MARKETING PRIVATE LIMITED. Accepting these terms when you submit KYC forms your agreement with us.

KYC

Before your services can go on sale, we verify your legal name, PAN, bank account, and GST registration if you have one. You confirm these are true and that the bank account is your own. If your legal name, PAN, GSTIN or bank details change, your listings and payouts are paused until they are verified again.

Listings

You set your own price, scope and delivery time, and you are responsible for their accuracy. You may list only within the digital marketing categories shown on the site. You must not promise rankings, revenue or other results you cannot control. We may refuse or remove a listing that breaks these terms or the acceptable use policy.

Orders and your customer

When a customer orders your service, the contract for that service is between you and the customer, on the terms of your listing. You deliver through the order and communicate on the order. You must not ask a customer to pay outside the site, or ask them for passwords or account logins.

Payment, platform fee and taxes

Customers pay through Growthsage and its payment partner, and you authorise us to collect, hold and settle that money. Funds become due to you when the customer approves your delivery, or 3 days after delivery if they do not respond and no dispute is open. From each order we deduct the platform fee shown when you submit KYC, charged on the order value excluding GST, plus GST on that fee. We also collect GST TCS and deduct TDS where the law requires, and report them against your GSTIN or PAN. We then pay the balance to your verified bank account. You are responsible for your own GST filings and tax, including paying any GST you charge.

Invoices

We issue the invoice to the customer on your behalf, in your name and from your own series. If you are not registered for GST, you cannot charge GST. We issue you a tax invoice for the platform fee, and a statement for each settlement.

Disputes and refunds

If a customer raises a dispute, the funds stay held while we review it, and our decision on the site is final for that order, without affecting either side’s legal rights. If we decide for the customer, they are refunded from the held funds and you are not paid for that order. If a chargeback or refund arises after you have been paid, you must repay that amount, and we may deduct it from later settlements.

Customer data and your work

Use a customer’s brief, files and data only to deliver that order, keep them secure, and delete them afterwards unless the law requires otherwise. The customer receives the rights your listing describes in the final deliverable once the order is paid and approved. You confirm the work is original.

Suspension and contact

We may suspend you for false KYC details, payment outside the site, repeated failed orders, or a breach of these terms. Suspension takes your services off sale. Open orders must still be completed or refunded. Questions can be sent to growsage@proton.me.
