Growthsage is an online marketplace operated by GROWTHSAGE MARKETING PRIVATE LIMITED. Verified vendors sell digital marketing services here, and Growthsage also sells some services of its own.
From order to payment
Choose a service
Compare fixed-price packages from verified vendors. Each listing shows who is selling, the scope, the price and the delivery time.
Pay securely
You pay through our payment partner at checkout. Your payment is held, and the vendor cannot access it yet.
The vendor does the work
You share your brief and message the vendor on the order. You can ask for any revisions the package includes.
You approve the delivery
Approve when you are happy. If you do not respond within 3 days of delivery, it counts as approved.
The vendor is paid
Growthsage deducts its platform fee and any taxes, and pays the balance to the vendor's verified bank account.

The vendor is not paid until you approve the delivery or the approval window closes.
A refund if the work does not arrive
If a vendor does not deliver on time, raise a dispute. If we decide in your favour, you are refunded in full from the held funds.
Every vendor is verified
Vendors pass KYC, including PAN and bank account checks, and accept our vendor terms before any listing goes on sale.
A proper invoice
The seller's invoice is issued after payment, and shows their GSTIN if they are registered for GST.
Payment protection ends once you approve a delivery or the approval window closes. It covers whether the work was delivered as the listing described, not business results such as rankings or sales.
Who you are buying from
When you order from a vendor, your contract for that service is with the vendor, and they issue your invoice. Growthsage provides the marketplace, handles your payment through its payment partner and decides disputes.
When you order a service sold by Growthsage, your contract and invoice are with GROWTHSAGE MARKETING PRIVATE LIMITED. Those orders are ordinary sales, covered by our refund policy.
