Terms of use

Last updated 1 October 2026

The rules for using the marketplace, placing orders, and what Growthsage does and does not promise.

Who we are

These terms govern use of the Growthsage marketplace, operated by GROWTHSAGE MARKETING PRIVATE LIMITED (“Growthsage”, “we”, “us”). The marketplace connects buyers with independent marketers and agencies (“sellers”) who offer digital marketing services as fixed packages (“gigs”). By creating an account, listing a gig, or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to the policies linked from them.

The marketplace

Growthsage provides the storefront, checkout, payment collection, order record, messaging, and invoicing tools. The seller named on a gig is responsible for performing that gig. We review seller profiles before they go live, but a listing is the seller’s offer, not a guarantee by us of a business result such as rankings, revenue, or ad performance. Past reviews describe completed orders. They are not a promise of a future outcome.

Accounts

You must give a real name, email address, and mobile number, and keep your login details private. One person should not share an account. We may refuse, suspend, or close an account that is inaccurate, unused for abuse, or in breach of these terms or the acceptable use policy. Buyers and sellers are separate roles. Staff accounts are for operating the company, not for buying or selling on the marketplace.

Gigs and packages

Each gig states what is included, the delivery time, and how many revisions the package contains. The price shown on a gig is the seller’s package price. Discount, GST, and the amount you pay are calculated by our servers at checkout. The figure confirmed on the order is the price of that order. A seller may change a package later. That change does not alter an order already placed.

Orders

An order is formed when checkout succeeds and payment is confirmed by the payment provider. You must accept these terms and the gig’s refund terms before you pay. After payment you provide the brief the gig asks for. Work is scoped to that package. Extra work is a new order. Messages about an order stay on that order.

What we never ask for

Do not send passwords, one-time codes, or full payment-card numbers in a message, a file, or a form on this site. Sellers should be able to work from public links, a written brief, and files you choose to upload. Card data is collected by the payment gateway, not stored by Growthsage.

Delivery, revisions, and acceptance

The seller delivers through the order. You may request a revision if the package includes one and the delivery does not match the package. A revision is not a new brief. If you do not respond within a reasonable time after delivery, we may treat the order as accepted so the seller can be paid. Disputes are handled under the refund and cancellation policy.

Ownership of the work

Once an order is paid in full and the work is accepted, the buyer receives the rights in the final deliverable that the package describes, for the buyer’s own business. The seller keeps ownership of methods, templates, and tools that existed before the order and that are not unique to the deliverable. The seller must have the right to sell the work and must not copy another person’s content into it. Growthsage does not take ownership of the deliverable.

Acceptable use and enforcement

You must follow the acceptable use policy. We may remove a gig, hold an order, or suspend an account where we reasonably believe these terms, the law, or another person’s rights are at risk. We will tell you when we can do so without compromising an investigation.

Liability

To the extent Indian law allows, Growthsage is not liable for a seller’s late or unsuitable delivery, for advertising or search results, or for loss of profit. Our responsibility for a claim about the platform itself is limited to the amount you paid us for the order the claim relates to, or, if you are a seller, to the platform fee we retained on that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, where the law does not allow that limit.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Maharashtra have jurisdiction, without limiting any right you have as a consumer to bring a claim where you live. The grievance page explains how to raise a complaint with us first.
