What buyers and sellers must not do on Growthsage.
Honest listings and briefs
Do not misrepresent who you are, what a gig includes, or the results a service can produce. Do not invent reviews. Reviews can be written only for a completed order. Do not post another person’s personal data in a public profile.
Unlawful or harmful work
You may not buy or sell work that breaks Indian law. That includes fraud, phishing, impersonation, hate content, non-consensual intimate imagery, anything sexual involving a minor, malware, credential theft, and services whose purpose is to deceive consumers or a platform. Political or commercial speech that is lawful is allowed. Deception is not.
Accounts and security
Do not ask for, send, or store passwords, one-time codes, or card numbers in messages or uploads. Do not probe or disrupt the site, scrape it in a way that degrades the service, or attempt to access another person’s order. Do not use the marketplace to move a buyer off-platform in order to avoid the order, the fee, or the record of what was agreed.
Intellectual property
Do not upload or sell material you do not have the right to use. If you believe a gig or a delivery infringes your copyright or trade mark, email growsage@proton.me with the page address, a description of the work, and why you are the right holder or their agent. We will review the notice and may remove the material while we do.
Consequences
We may refuse a gig, cancel an order, hold a payout, or close an account. Where the law requires, we will keep records and cooperate with a lawful request. Serious abuse, including anything involving a child, is reported to the appropriate authority.
