Seller terms
Last updated 1 October 2026
The additional rules for agencies and independent marketers who list gigs.
Joining
These terms are in addition to the terms of use. A seller account can be an agency or an individual marketer. We review the profile before gigs can be bought. Approval means the profile may be shown. It is not a certification of results. You must keep your profile accurate and must not impersonate another person or agency.
Listings
You choose the packages, prices, delivery times, revisions, and deliverables. The description must match the work you will do. You may not list work that needs the buyer’s passwords, that infringes someone else’s rights, or that breaches the acceptable use policy. We may unpublish a gig that is misleading or unlawful.
Doing the work
You perform the gig yourself or with people on your own team, and you are responsible for their work. You deliver through the order, you answer the buyer on that order, and you use a revision for a miss against the package, not as a way to refuse the brief you accepted. You must not take the buyer off the platform to avoid the order record.
Fees and payouts
Growthsage charges a platform fee on seller orders. The rate that applies to you is shown on your seller account. The buyer pays the order total, including tax calculated at checkout. After a refund or cancellation, the related seller balance is reduced. The remainder is recorded as payable to you. Payouts are made by the company to the account you give us, after the order is complete and the refund window has passed. We may hold an amount that is in dispute. We do not promise a particular banking day.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your own taxes on what you earn, except for the GST we must charge and invoice as the marketplace operator. You warrant that you have the right to provide the deliverable and that it does not knowingly mislead the buyer’s customers. If a claim is made because of your gig or your delivery, you will cooperate with us and compensate us for loss that your breach caused, to the extent the law allows.
Leaving
You may stop listing new gigs at any time. Orders already placed must be finished or cancelled under the refund policy. We may suspend a seller who misses deliveries, asks buyers for passwords, or breaks these terms. Payable amounts that are not in dispute are still paid out.
