How it works
Register
Create a vendor account, as an agency or an individual, and verify your email.
Complete KYC
Give us your PAN, bank details and GSTIN if you have one, upload the documents, and accept the vendor terms.
Get verified
Our finance team checks your details. Your services can go on sale once you pass.
List your services
Publish fixed-price packages with your scope, price and delivery time. You set them.
Deliver the work
Customers pay through Growthsage and the money is held. You work with them through the order.
Get paid
Once the customer approves, or the approval window closes, we deduct the platform fee and taxes and pay the balance to your verified bank account.
What you will need
- PAN of the individual or business
- Proof of bank account in the same name, such as a cancelled cheque or bank statement
- GST registration certificate, if you are registered
- Your business address
Fees and payment
Growthsage charges a platform fee on each order, excluding GST, plus GST on that fee. We also collect GST TCS and deduct TDS where the law requires, and report them against your GSTIN or PAN. You see every deduction on your statement.
If a customer wins a dispute, they are refunded from the held funds and no payout is made. We never ask for a fee to join. The full summary is in our vendor terms.
